Meredith College is seeking an adjunct instructor for Marketing courses at the undergraduate level for the fall semester (August through December 2026).

Duties:
The Meredith College School of Business is seeking an adjunct instructor for two courses for the fall semester, (1) Sales Management and (2) Advertising & Sales Promotion. These courses serve as electives in the Marketing concentration and minor, under the Business Administration major.

BUS-466: Sales Management: An analysis of professional selling practices with emphasis on the selling process and sales management. Includes foundations of selling, the selling process, selling to organizational customers vs. the ultimate customer, and management of the sales function.

BUS-467: Advertising and Sales Promotion: An examination of the creative process, from strategy to execution, of advertising and promotional materials. Students will be required to develop the strategies, media plans, and draft executions of advertising and promotion materials.

Qualifications:
- Masters in Marketing or MBA (required), preferably from an AACSB-accredited business school, with at least eight (8) years of significant industry experience in the related field OR Ph.D. in Marketing, preferably from an AACSB-accredited institution.
- Proven track record of effective teaching preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills.
- Live in the state of North Carolina and available to teach face-to-face on-campus.
