Meredith College is seeking an adjunct instructor for Training & Development at the undergraduate level for the fall semester (August through December 2024).

Duties:
The Meredith College School of Business is seeking an adjunct professor for a Training & Development course at the undergraduate level. This course fulfills a requirement for the Human Resource Management concentration within the Business Administration major.
The course covers principles of training and development including training needs assessment, training solutions to organizational problems, design and development of training programs, training methods, implementation, and evaluation of training effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- MBA or HR-focused Masters degree, preferably from an AACSB-Accredited Business School, with at least eight (8) years of significant industry experience in the related field OR 10+ years of experience working directly in learning, training, and development roles.
- Proven track record of effective teaching preferred.
- Practical experience working in the learning and development area is a plus.
- Live in the state of North Carolina and available to teach face-to-face on-campus.
